Access to our site for all visitors is of great importance to us and that is why our site has been designed with WACG 2.0 standards in mind which includes the following:

  • Clean and simple layout which can be viewed by all new, major web browsers, optimised for a screen resolution of 1024x768 and above
  • HTML layout conforming to XHTML transitional 1.0
  • Styling (CSS) complying with 2.1 standards
  • Site viewable with or without stylesheets
  • Site viewable with or without scripting enabled
  • Alternate information/text for all images
  • Alternate information/text for all hyperlinks
  • Contrasting colours for easy reading
  • Compatibility with all major screen readers (to the best of our knowledge) for partially sighted and/or blind users
  • Site content can be 'zoomed' using standard browser zoom in and zoom out tools (usually 'CTRL' and '+').
  • Navigation of site pages can be done via mouse and keyboard or just keyboard (tab key to move between links and the enter key to activate that link)

Some links on our site refer to documents which are in PDF format.  Your computer will require appropriate software installed to view these files.  Compatible software can be downloaded from the Adobe website or the Foxit Software website.
