ORS was commissioned by the National Assembly for Wales and the Welsh Local Government Association, to undertake a feasibility study for the measurement of public satisfaction with local government across Wales. The key goal of the project was not only to review the main options, but also to make practical recommendations about the most reliable and suitable methods to survey public opinion regularly and cost-effectively in Wales.
