East Sussex Fire Authority (ESFA) is seeking your views on how it can improve its services for local communities in East Sussex and the City of Brighton and Hove. We want to consult you about some key issues on the shape of our services for the future, and we want your help in considering how we can improve our local services for you and your local community on an affordable basis.

The questionnaire is split into two parts. We will first be asking you to consider our proposed Integrated Risk Management Plan for 2008/09. The second part of the questionnaire will focus on the service provided by East Sussex Fire Authority and on its priorities and budgets. The information you provide will help us to improve our services to the public, and highlight for us those issues you feel are important.

Opinion Research Services (ORS), an independent research company, will be undertaking this survey on behalf of East Sussex Fire Authority. All questionnaires are processed by ORS, nobody else will ever see your individual answers. Your views are entirely confidential at all times and your details will not be given to anyone for any reason. All questionnaires will be destroyed after processing and analysis.
